I am 100% committed to the quality of work and excellent customer care provided by the Callas Rennsport team. I own several German spec vehicles and I've serviced them at many different shops over the years...few, if any, back up their work with a warranty, let alone a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty! That alone is reason enough to bring your car here...but there's more! The true test of service isn't when everything goes to plan, it's when things deviate from plan. Sure, we all wish our vehicles won't have any follow-up issues, but if it does happen, you can rest assured that the Callas Rennsport team will prioritize your follow-up service, assist you with any out-of-pocket incidentals if the rework is warranty related, and ultimately work very hard to ensure you're not only completely satisfied but that the issue is resolved for good. I highly recommend David, Tom, and the rest of the team from Callas Rennsport. They're gear heads through and through. They know what they're doing. And they'll take care of you from start to finish. Now, if they could only expand to include Mercedes service, that would be awesome!
