LA Porsche and BMW Repair

The owner is a good enough guy I can tell, but he's just got an incompetent staff managing the day the day work. Doesn't return calls, emails are delayed, disorganized in everything they do. Net, it's called customer service, and if you can't handle the workload, just turn the business away to begin with vs. wasting peoples' time.

Unfortunately my experience was not as expected, they made me wait weeks on end for a basic quote. When they finally got to the quote, they then went ahead and quoted me a ridiculous amount for the work. I really wanted to work with these guys given their reputation for Porsches, but trying to swindle you with a quote over 3x the cost of other Porsche or Euro car shops is just insulting and unprofessional. The work was not anything complex or "special" for a standard p-car, they literally were just quoting an exorbitant amount. I think they've rested on their laurels, and let it all get to their head a bit. Honestly, I suggest shops like these just turn down doing the job altogether.

Simply the best! I’ve learned more about what is, what should be and what could be for my Porsche from Tony than from any other source. Want your Porsche to last a lifetime? Want to take it to the next level? Take it to Callas Rennsport. Tony, Tom, Nick, Sadie and the whole crew are not only outstanding, they’re the nicest people!

“Good, cheap, fast” - if I had to pick one that is much more important than the rest it would be “good”. That is why I go to Callas Rennsport. They take the time to do everything right and never cut corners. Tony is honest to a fault and will never push unnecessary repairs on customers for a quick buck - believe me he has enough work already and doesn’t need to cheat customers like other mechanics. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and while Callas is more than most shops, they are head and shoulders above them in terms of quality of service and knowledge of Porsche vehicles.

Just awesome! Great team. I was hoping to establish a “relationship” with my car and the guys there and I feel I got exactly that. After all work was done they spent time going over some systems and the car in general. I feel they know Porsche’s inside and out and that’s what a wanted. Callas will be the ONLY place that works on my GTS.

It's simple: They know Porsches and they care. Not only do they care about the cars, but they made me feel right at home. Very welcoming and wonderful team all around.
